Tai Chi for Arthritis: Designed by Dr. Paul Lam in conjunction with a team of Tai Chi and medical experts, the Tai Chi for Arthritis program has been proven, by scientific study, to increase strength, improve balance, relieve pain and improve quality of life in people of all ages afflicted with arthritis. Tai Chi for Arthritis is based on the Sun Tai Chi Style with many local and national Arthritis Foundations supporting this program.

Each marker on the map below represents a, publically available, (modified) Sun Style Tai Chi class taught by Sifu Chris Bouguyon. Private lessons and corporate classes are also conducted around the metroplex for various clients not listed on the map.
