Within each of us is a wealth of information. Calm your mind, deepen your breath and listen; its all there, waiting for you. Sifu Chris will introduce you to the 8 fundamental principles used in all forms of Qigong training. Using simple Qigong techniques, he will help you truly “listen within” to gain an awareness of how to feel more grounded, engage your spine and core muscles, dial into your central nervous system, move from center and much more! The deepest parts of Internal Arts training are found in the simple things. Join us for a profound internal exploration of mind, body and spirit.

NO previous Qigong experience necessary to enjoy the benefits of this workshop

Workshop Objectives:

Sifu Chris will use visual and practical training tools to present simple, western explanations of ancient Qigong Principles which govern all traditional, internal training – You will:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of the internal principles which govern all human movement

  • Explore simple Qigong techniques specifically designed to challenge your self awareness

  • Communicate with and begin healing your body, mind and spirit through mindful movement and loving awareness

  • Learn to effectively apply these principles into other forms of personal practice from Yoga, Tai Chi, and Kung Fu to Golf, Tennis or even Cooking!
