Below you will find

found to be very informative in my quest for knowledge. Contact
us if any links are found to be invalid or if you have
information you wish to share. I encourage you to explore other
materials produced by these gifted teachers. These pages are by
no means all inclusive and will continue to change as I find other
resources to include.
There are many forms of Tai Chi and Qigong
available for the interested student. The key is to find the forms
of practice that speak to your spiritual path. For some that is
more martial, others more heath oriented and serene. Listen to your
heart and find your own path in training.
Most of the ancient martial arts are based
in some form of philosphy or religious beliefs. You do not need
to "convert" to be a good student but it is helpful to
understand the founding principals of your choosen art in order
to delve into the deeper layers of your training.
Personal safety is a growing concern for most of us. Over my many
years of teaching and training on this subject, I have found a lot
of ideas on how to be safe. (some of them good) Here you will find
materials I have personally found to be very insightful and accurate
in their chosen message.
True Tai Chi and Qigong training are not
only physical and mental but spiritual as well. On this page I have
collected various materials which I have found very helpful along
my spiritual development path.
Tendonitis, carpel tunnel syndrome, rheumatoid,
osteo, lupus.. no matter which of the 100+ diseases cataloged as
arthritis you may have, there are things you can do to help yourself
feel better. The two most important considerations are nutrition
and proper exercise. The best way to support your path to wellness
is through the door of knowlege.
