Jonathan Moss began practicing meditation in 2014. He practices Tibetan Buddhist forms of meditation, and has received training as an instructor from Ngakpa International. Jonathan is an Army Veteran who served from 1999 until 2006, and during that time he had two deployments to Iraq (2003 & 2005). Jonathan's journey with meditation has been life changing, and his consistent practice has enabled him to deal with the stress of transition from the Army into civilian life as well achieve his goals for his career. His goal is to share the immense benefits of meditation with Veterans and their families so they can also calm and become friendly with their thoughts and learn how to calm their own minds.
